James Langcake

James Langcake is a Ba Gua and Tai Chi instructor based near Guilford in Surrey. He started training Chinese martial arts in 1994. For the past eight years he has learnt from Aarvo Tucker and has been a regular at Lo De-Xiu's London Seminars. In Feburary 2004 Aarvo asked James to take over his classes when he moved to Canada. James is currently learning Chen Style Tai Chi with Wang Hai Jun and teaches regular classes.
